ValPro, LLC is a valuation analytics firm, guided by a team of certified appraisers and licensed real estate agents. We produce automated valuation model estimates for residential property using recorded sales data and a transparent hedonic regression. Every figure we publish can be traced back to the sales that produced it and the coefficients that adjusted them.
Who we serve
Community lenders sizing collateral, investors screening acquisitions, tax and estate professionals, and homeowners preparing to list or refinance.
Data sources
Recorded deed transfers and MLS closings, standardized and deduplicated before entering the model sample.
What we don't do
We do not perform inspections and we do not issue appraisals. An AVM estimate is a statistical opinion of value and is clearly labeled as such.
Standards
Model performance is monitored by submarket, with tracking of median absolute error against subsequent closings.
